ABOUT THE STORE

Under the ‘roof’ of House of Statement, you will find a wide selection of jewelry and watches specifically made to express a certain meaning, message, mindset, personal style and much more. In short, they are called statement items, and there is nothing mainstream or generic about them. No more tiring browsing through endless lists of generic or even boring jewelry or watches, now you have everything in one place.

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.

Registering on House of Statement is easy. Simply go to My Account page and fill out the short form. You can also log in directly using your Facebook username and password.

Alternatively, you can register on the checkout page before placing an order by ticking the option “Create an account?” and automatically saving your details to your new account.

On My Account page, you can provide more details and modify them.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at info@houseofstatement.com and we will remove it.

ORDERING

In order to shop with us, please follow the steps below:

  1. As you browse through the store, click on the “Add to cart” button beneath the items that you wish to purchase. This will add them to your shopping cart, and a pop up will appear showing the overview of your shopping cart. From there, you can click on either “View cart” or “Checkout”.
  2. If you want to view or your shopping cart or change it’s contents at any time, click on the cart icon and then select “View cart”.
  3. To modify the quantity of an item, use the – and + signs (click “Update cart” to confirm this).
  4. To remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the cross icon beneath the particular item. You may also change the quantity of items to “0” (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart (click “Update cart” to confirm this).
  5. If you have a discount coupon, enter the coupon code in the field “Coupon code”, then click “Apply coupon”.
  6. To pay for the items in your shopping cart, click on “Proceed to checkout”. On the checkout page, you will be asked to provide details necessary to process your order and deliver the item(s) to you.

When browsing through the store, simply look at the cart icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to see the quantity of items you have in your shopping cart and the total amount of the cart.  Once you click on this icon, you can view all items added to your cart.

To conduct a search, please click on the search icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and type in your query.

We limit one piece of each free/promotional item per customer (order) due to high demand and limited stock. Unfortunately, you cannot add more than one item to your cart.

Your wishlist contains all items you have added to your wishlist. You can find your wishlist here.

Please go to your shopping cart and enter your discount coupon code in the field provided. Click on “Apply coupon”. The discount will be applied automatically to all qualifying items. If you don’t provide your coupon code at this stage and go to checkout, don’t worry, you will be prompted to enter your coupon code once more.

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order.

We accept PayPal, as well as credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for online orders, subject to proper authorization.

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to House of Starement system for your order. PayPal is 100% secure.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. In reality, you DO NOT need one and can check out as a guest. Without a PayPal account, all you need is your credit/debit card that is supported by PayPal, and you can pay exactly the same way as via any card payment gateway.

We strongly recommend using this method as this significantly helps processing orders in a shorter time.

Yes, we use a data encryption service that keeps your credit/debit card details safe. Payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe, two of the most secure payment systems in the world. We start processing orders as soon as the payment is received, therefore, we do not cancel the orders or issue refunds once the payment is verified. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we are able to cancel your order and issue a refund before starting to process it. Please contact us at info@houseofstatement.com and state your order number (you will find it in your order receipt). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure you provide correct details before placing your order. We unfortunately cannot make any changes in orders that are completed and shipped out. If you spot an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order. It is impossible to make any changes once the order is completed and shipped out. SHIPPING

We ship to over 180 countries all over the world. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately cannot ship to your country.

We offer FREE shipping on all standardorders.

A shipping fee applies only to free promotional items: it is a flat rate per such item. You will see the exact amount when an item is added to your cart.

  • If your order includes only items with a monetary value that do not fall under the category “Exclusive Offers”, your shipping is free.
  • If your order includes only free items that fall under the category “Exclusive Offers”, you pay a shipping fee indicated per such item and multiplied by the number of such items.
  • If your order includes mixed items, i.e., both with a monetary value and free items, a shipping fee is applied only to the free items and calculated based on the number of such items. You still get free shipping for the items that have a monetary value.

We ship directly from our vendor warehouses. Shipping time varies by location: it usually takes about 2-4 weeks to arrive in the United States, and about 3-6 weeks to arrive in other countries. Please note that processing of your order takes up to 7 days and is not included in the shipping time estimate.

Due to high demand for and the promotional nature of such items, it may take longer to process the orders and ship to your country. We appreciate your patience for having the opportunity of getting items with 100% discount.

We provide you with the option to track your package (excluding free promotional items). If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. We however do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

It depends on several factors. We partner with many suppliers with their own warehouses all over the world, and if your order includes items from one supplier, you will receive a single package containing all items ordered. However, if your order includes items from different suppliers, items in the same order will be sent in separate packages and may arrive in different times.
