We provide our customers with 100% satisfaction guarantee and will refund in full if the item is not as described or is damaged. However, we cannot refund or accept returns if you did not read the product description and assumed the item to be made of other materials than described or having certain characteristics it cannot reasonably have. As an example, an item is made of zinc alloy, you expected it to be made of stainless steel; or an item description includes information that a bracelet is stretchy, you expected it to be non-stretchy, etc. All such claims will be invalid and denied.

You can submit refund requests up to 10 days after your item has been received. Please send us photo(s) of the said item in order to initiate the refund process.

If you have not received your item within 60 days from the date of shipment, you can submit refund (or reshipment) requests up to 20 days after the said period.

Please note that we do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing a wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of House of Statement (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • The tracking information confirms your order as being delivered, despite the circumstances. Please ask around – perhaps your family members or neighbors have received it for you
  • There are other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of House of Statement

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will issue you a return address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which should be written on the label or the outside of the box. This number must be easily readable. For us to proceed with your request you must both have included the given RMA number on the package, and provide us with a tracking number via email.

Please do not send your items back to us unless we authorize you to do so. The items must be returned to the address we provide you with.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
