We partner with domestic and international suppliers in order to provide you the best prices and ship directly from the overseas manufacturers. This means that your order is shipped from all over the world! Please allow a little more time for delivery, but we promise it’s always worth it.
Shipping cost depends on your country and items in your order. You will see exact amount on the checkout page when you provide your details.
Shipping time varies by location. Depending on the warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks to arrive in the United States, and about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive in other countries. The estimated delivery times do not include the processing time that takes up to 3 days, but most orders ship in 24-48 hours.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs, holidays and other circumstances.
We provide worldwide shipping. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been processed and shipped allowing you to track the status of your order. In some instances, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available, and for some shipping companies, it takes 7 days for the tracking information to be updated on the system.
Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. We work with many suppliers and warehouses, thus items ordered together may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in different times.
Address and other information on package
We have requested that the suppliers package and ship directly to you so that you can save on unnecessary retail markup. In a view of that, the information on and inside the package may not be written in English, as well as there is an address of a particular supplier shown on the package.
Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at House of Statement. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
We know how important your order is! House of Statement provides our customers with the option to track your package (unless such information cannot be provided in the above mentioned cases). If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but House of Statement does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
